Mary Morris, MD, Medical Advisor
Dr. Mary Morris, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Medical School, is a partner in Allergy Associates of La Crosse, and is a founder and shareholder of Allergychoices. Based on her years of clinical experience in treating patients using sublingual immunotherapy, Dr. Morris became compelled to find ways to improve access for allergy sufferers who went untreated. As a result, she has been integral to bringing increased attention and acceptance for sublingual immunotherapy in the medical and research communities. She is active in numerous studies with leading research institutions in further validating the science behind sublingual immunotherapy. Dr. Morris is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians.
Michael Kachel, RPh, Director of Pharmacy
Mr. Kachel is a licensed pharmacist and the Director of Allergychoices Pharmacy and Clinical Services, providing pharmacy services and support to allergists implementing the La Crosse Method™ protocol. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy, he has more than 20 years of compounding experience with one of the country's largest multi-specialty group practices and is a clinical instructor of the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy.
Darlene Winham, RN, Clinical Liaison
As a Registered Nurse, Ms. Winham's allergy career spans more than 25 years. Her expertise includes managing a sublingual immunotherapy practice as well as independently consulting with and helping allergists and their staff around the country develop thriving allergy practices. She has a passion for patient care and expertise in testing, dosing, patient education and practice growth from practical and management perspectives.
Anne Hendrickson, Vice President of Marketing Communications
Ms. Hendrickson has more than 20 years experience in developing and implementing regional and national advertising and marketing strategies. She led strategy and multi-channel campaign development for some of the country's leading brands in her role at a national marketing firm, has extensive experience in the healthcare and non-profit sectors, and was instrumental in the launch of Allergychoices in 2004 and its continued growth today.
Jeff Kessler, Founder
In addition to serving as a consultant and the past President and director of Allergychoices, Mr. Kessler has served as Practice Executive of Allergy Associates of
La Crosse for nearly a decade. He brings unique expertise in healthcare administration and new product development as Vice President of Business Development of PointShare Corporation, where he led their expansion until an acquisition by Siemens Corporation. Prior to that he was a key member of the management team for EDI Services Division of United Healthcare, where he led the expansion of their highly successful provider connectivity products, eventually acquired by Healtheon/WebMD Corporation.
Jim Killoran, Founder
Mr. Killoran serves as an advisor to Allergychoices and is past President and director of the organization. His entrepreneurial spirit has been a guiding force for the launch and growth of Allergychoices as the premier educational resource on sublingual immunotherapy. He has extensive business development, marketing and management expertise that has been instrumental in helping practices expand their treatment options for the benefit of patients across the country.

Mr. Luzader joined the company in 2006 and has more than 20 years experience in the allergy field, serving in marketing and sales management positions with leading allergy diagnostic firms. Jim has a thorough knowledge of the clinical, technological, and socioeconomic issues in today's allergy marketplace, helping many allergists implement sublingual immunotherapy to enhance patient care and overall practice productivity. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Pennsylvania State University.
