Director of Sales

Allergychoices is the national leader in providing clinical services, practice education, support and growth strategies to help practices successfully integrate sublingual immunotherapy to treat allergy patients. We seek a motivated Director of Sales with a proven track record of building successful teams. This position, located in the company’s Onalaska, Wisconsin headquarters, will drive the company’s achievement of customer acquisition and revenue goals.
The Director of Sales is responsible for devising and deploying sales objectives and goals, sales team development and performance, and implementing strategies for growing Allergychoices market share in helping practices successfully implement sublingual immunotherapy treatment. Some travel required.
COMPENSATION: Competitive salary and bonus program commensurate with experience.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 4 year college degree. Minimum of 7 years proven sales success in comparable industry, with minimum of 4 years in sales management. Experience in allergy diagnostics, treatment or extract manufacturing preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
